Privacy Policy

PlumbersNI is a trading name of StudioY Ltd, a company registered in Northern Ireland. We operate as an introductory service connecting homeowners with independent local plumbing tradespeople.

When you contact us via phone or WhatsApp, we may collect:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your address or area
• Details of the plumbing issue you are experiencing

We use your information solely to connect you with a local plumber in your area. Your details will be passed to the relevant independent tradesperson so they can contact you directly to arrange the work.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your information for marketing purposes unless you have given explicit consent.

We retain enquiry information for a maximum of 30 days, after which it is deleted.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing of your data

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@studio-y.co.uk

When your details are passed to an independent plumber, that tradesperson becomes a separate data controller for the purposes of carrying out your job. We recommend reviewing their privacy practices before engaging their services.
