PlumbersNI is a trading name of StudioY Ltd. We operate as an introductory service only. We connect homeowners and property owners in Northern Ireland with independent local plumbing tradespeople. We are not a plumbing company and we do not employ any plumbers or tradespeople.

PlumbersNI provides an introductory service only. When you contact us, we pass your enquiry details to an independent local tradesperson who will contact you directly. Any contract for plumbing work is formed directly between you and the tradesperson. PlumbersNI is not a party to that contract.

PlumbersNI accepts no liability whatsoever for:

• The quality, standard or outcome of any work carried out by a tradesperson
• Any damage to property arising from work carried out
• Any personal injury arising from work carried out
• Any loss of earnings or consequential losses of any kind
• A tradesperson failing to attend, failing to complete work, or abandoning a job

We recommend that all customers verify that any gas engineer attending their property is Gas Safe registered before permitting any gas work to begin. You can verify registration at gassaferegister.co.uk. PlumbersNI does not guarantee the Gas Safe status of any tradesperson introduced through our service.

All tradespeople introduced through PlumbersNI are independent contractors. They are not employees, agents or representatives of PlumbersNI or StudioY Ltd. PlumbersNI has no control over the methods, timing or quality of work carried out by any tradesperson.

PlumbersNI does not set, control or guarantee the pricing of any tradesperson. All pricing is agreed directly between you and the tradesperson before work begins. We strongly recommend obtaining a written quote before authorising any work.

If you have a complaint about the work carried out by a tradesperson, your complaint should be directed to the tradesperson directly. PlumbersNI is not able to resolve disputes between homeowners and tradespeople, however we welcome feedback at info@studio-y.co.uk

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlumbersNI and StudioY Ltd's total liability to you in connection with the use of this service shall not exceed £0, as we provide an introductory service at no charge to the homeowner.

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use this site to submit false or misleading enquiries.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
